Welcome to a piece of my mind...and my peace of mind. My mind is a breeding ground for what I call "Chaotic Sanity". It's a look at my history of mental illness and my recovery. It also includes my art and creative concepts, which can be found in my online store (https://www.etsy.com/shop/KinderMindcreations) Fear not! I also bring you funny things to impart great joy! This blog is in support of mental wellness, finding the funny, and boosting awareness regarding many facets of mental illness.
